Hemp Oil is produced from extracting the oil from the Hemp Plant such as the flowers and leaves, Hemp Seed Oil is when the oil is extracted from seeds from a hemp plant and have completely different benefits from each other. Hemp Oil contains all the cannabinoids and terpenes such as CBD, CBG, CBN and the rest of the 113+ cannabinoids.

Will I pass a drug test?
Depending on what product you purchase it may contain legal amounts of less than 0.3% THC and may cause you to show up as positive for THC on a drug test. Not all of our products contain THC, only Full Spectrum Products contain THC.
Is Hemp Oil Legal?
The legality of Cannabidiol from hemp is based on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally-occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in Schedule I. The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled..”
