REFUNDS
Vitae Plant has a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of any unused product within 30 days. Once we receive the return, we will provide a full refund. (excluding shipping)
(Items discounted 50% or more are not eligible for a return).
How to return a product within 30 days:
- Include a printout of your order confirmation or your full name and order number.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
